Also 1983 and KAS is probably my single largest allocation. Definitely overexposed in crypto but I think now is the time to be, as long as rate cuts don't fuck the run up.

Bahiagrass (cow hay) in big demand. Buy a plot of land for cheap as shit in the middle of nowhere and seed the fuck out of it. Within a year or 2 you can get $400 or so per acre per year
