what do you think will happen today

>> No.57465074

Cutting the rate will send already overpriced stonks vertical and the bubble will burst prematurely.

So nothing. No changes.

I just fucking hope this translates into Larry Fink's shilling of BTC as a asset to hold against crises, like precious metals, bearing fruit. I'd really love to see disillusioned NASDAQ boomers buying the BTC ETFs after the ineviatble stock market crash

Btc is pumping prematurely so they'll probably bart it down no matter what

Bootlip Powell will be ooking right after the meeting so 95% shit will tank like always.

>> No.57465270

The market will never go down again due to 10% inflation, you should have bought months ago, stock market is up 50% in the last 4 months

>> No.57465316

>>57465030
What's with the flash pump?
Are we pumping pre-meeting again only to fall back down or did something leak?

I'm getting that vibe. Just some frontrunning bullshit. Highly doubt it will break from the crab from this. Hope I'm wrong, but I'm probably not

No hikes or rate cuts, meaning we crab.

>> No.57465414

>>57465030
why cut rates if the economy is allegedly doing fine and the stock market is also doing fine?

crash to 12k

The market will never give you normies an entry that good. You had 2 years

>> No.57465452

>>57465443
Hmm.. Well actually btc would be at peak fear there and normies never buy in those times to begin with. All the people crying for 12k wouldn't buy there anyways

>> No.57465509

they will hold rates steady at this meeting, then cut by 25bp at the next one

Cheaper cash to advance re-shoring industry. Also makes sense to stimulate the economy to get more tax revenue for fixing the godawful federal budget situation

Cautious but not hawkish.
Not raising or cutting rates.
BTC is responding positively.
ALTs are too.

>> No.57468463

All in all it was a nothingburger.
The only salient point was the fact that they might not cut rates next month, contrary to market expectations, as they want more time to be sure inflation is under control.
I think I heard they want 6 more weeks.
