Why are the banks that you see ads for, so much worse than banks that you don't see ads for? I use Frost Bank (I'd recommend them if you're in Texas and need a bank) and I used to use TD Bank (I'd recommend them if you're in New England and need a bank). Both of them have been very good to me, and other people I've talked to are also very happy with these banks. But I've heard terrible things about every bank I can recall seeing advertised, like Chase Bank and Bank of America. Examples:
>They wouldn't repay a person who got their bank card stolen
>They closed a bank account and did not let the person get their money back
>They messed up a person's credit report with false information and refused to help
