I would just tell the police that someone is maliciously holding onto your business resources which is impeding with your ability to conduct business and stopping you from accessing thousands of dollars in funds. I would emphasize the physical rental property more so than the airbnb account just because local cops can get dumb over anything internet related. You could also check the rates on local attorneys and get actual advice instead of consulting with a Malaysian bitbean farming forum. Depending on your state, she may be forced to pay your legal fees for litigating the matter.
