guys is there an exchange or wallet app similar to binance, webull, robinhood etc that has these low mcap newer coins on it? Coinbase wallet does but coinbase seems sketchy as fuck. Their reviews are awful and im not convinced that ACH withdrawing after I want to secure my profits is even possible on that app. Im not technically a newfriend but I am new to altcoins

Not really, the whole point of low cap coins is that you're buying before the normies who don't know how to buy except on a cex buy. Personally I use Metamask and then when I'm ready to cash out I swap my shit coins for ETH and transfer it to a cex that has cash out.
