It's more of a group of people yelling at each other to try to initiate pumps, but very few people listening. It really isn't organized enough to be a pump and dump group. Most of the time you see a coin shilled here, it's because the person shilling thought it was a worthwhile buy, and after having taken his position, wants others to join him. A lot of the time, these people have at least done some research and won't be shilling a total shitcoin. So many things that gets promoted on /biz/ are worthwhile coins, just not necessarily at the moment some people may want to make you buy - you're the one who needs to check the charts and do your own research. Of course there's some coins that are complete scams that get promoted here as well, but most of the time they're really easy to notice. It's possible to disregard something as a scam when it's actually legit, but better safe than sorry, etc.

No. /biz/ is a place where fellow NEETS, that struggle with the fact that we decided collectively that there was nothing wrong with slaving away half our life to mr noseberg, come together and work with each other to escape this hellish rat race we are in.

There are also many bad people in this community (pajeets or just straight up assholes), but big pillar of /biz/ is always there, NEETS that struggle in general with life working together to make their lifes less miserable.
