For forex:
Every weekday before market opens for the first 2 hours. I look for both NY and London sessions so that's 4 hours total.

Exception: if there is volatile news I check 1-2 hours after news triggers price to move for a reversal. Sometimes price hits the right area instantly after news so don't even have to waste 2 hours waiting.

Today GBPCAD and EURJPY went in my favor.

The timing of this is not a fluke. Most transactions happen in the market from 0-2 hours after market opens, that's when the hudgefund traders cuck most of the retail traders. Unless there is volatile news later in the day, then that becomes the ideal time because everyone is waiting for it.

Every day before i put my partyhat on i check the price on BTC, ETH then go down in order of importance to PHAT, DOGE ,etc. Then i check biz for a feel check and if its super green or red i check again. Can't live checking the prices all day OP

How do I make myself stop from looking at The price?! I keep looking at the price of filecoin every day, and I bought at 7 and this shit keeps dumping like crazy. It'll probably be worth more in some months (I hope). Just wanna forget about that coin.
