That’s a sandwich bot anon. They don’t buy anything, they extract value for other peoples buys/sells. That’s why they always buy and sell around other transactions. They are programmed to scan the memepool looking for pending transactions with high enough slippage that they can exploit. If you use high slippage, they will buy before your buy, running the price up under you, then sell after your buy, extracting the little value your buy created by moving the price/liquidity up
