I would think that the lower tier CEX’s will look into Luna inu if we’re able to sustain 1m volume occasionally/kinda consistently. It depends on the CEX though. If we’re above 1m+ then genuinely any CEX could look into a potential listing. But they would be wary about the chart and how many holders there are, how many “whales” are there who got in at low MC with trillions, they probably take a lot into consideration but mainly the volume/holders/% in top wallets I’d say.
