Instead, try and do something that's physically demanding. "Go gym bro" is generic advice, but it works since it pre-occupies your conscious mind while you process whatever it is you're going through in the 'back office', so to speak. So maybe not gym if you don't like that. Try hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, just going for walks. Stuff like that. It works, trust.
