I agree to an extent that everyone should have some ASEs and junk silver. But overall the most important factor in wealth preservation will be the weight of your stack. If ASEs have a $12 premium then you would be wise to buy generic. The nature of the scarcity of silver will have people buying whatever they can get. And if silver rockets to $500 and everyone is needing it, ASEs will not maintain a 50% premium. Sure, it will be more desirable than generic. But if you just stick to the generic you will come out ahead. That 50% premium could have been another half and ounce which is $250 left on the table (bad math, I know. But it illustrates the point that if silver moves like we think it will then it might not matter as much as we think).
I do think there could be some bonus to owning U.S. Mint coinage which may allow you to buy back into the system on preferable terms so there may be some unknown utility we are not aware of.
I usually prefer to trust the GSR and use that to dictate what is cheap and what is expensive. But regardless I think having a gold AGE is prudent. Most other gold can probably be swapped in for silver since the ratios say silver is so cheap.

As a fellow leafer, I like to diversify. Sure maples are pretty, but so are ASE (especially type 1 imo). Krugs are awesome, but nothing shines more than a brit to me. Don't get me started on how beautiful the mexican boobas are. Once you have a hundred or two oz of maples branch out a little. Don't be afraid to test the waters, but buy what you like best. Probably just grab something cheap and generic. Keep in mind that some 10oz bars can be substantially more expensive than generic. A 9fineAPMEX bar's low price could be like $255 on sale whereas a Wallstreet Mint 10oz bar could be $340. At the end of the day its all the same metal, and the secret is to get your hands on these assets at the cheapest cost possible. There are plenty of stories of people who FOMO over news events and end up throwing their money away thinking your last chance to buy is TODAY. Better to play it cool and be level headed because the nature of premiums is that you lose money up front as the price of holding the physical asset.
The war in Ukraine kicked off and I was drinking and bought a 100oz JM bar for $3500. I bought a $340 10oz bar last year as well when spot was $26 with massive premiums. The KOMSCO shields are part of a series. There have been at least 3 shields that I can recall (Greek, Korean, and European knight). I'm not sure if there are more planned for the series. KOMSCO makes great stuff. Their style really stands out from most mints, even if a lot of it is kind of cheesy,l. At least it's not like the creepy coomer stuff Germania puts out (which is a shame, because they do a good job and always have great reverses).

Do any frens here have experience using e-Z-est brand coin dip cleaner? I picked up a jar recently but haven't experimented yet. I do know that if you leave silver in the normal sterling jewelry dips for too long the surfaces get slightly "etched" or frosty (sadly not the WOW! kind of frosty), so I wonder if e-Z-est is more safe and gentle or if it needs to be used very carefully too?

Having a bunch of coins to look at and play with is a lot easier if you've got a lot of coins, therefore it's cheaper to stack silver. Silver will NEVER hit the moon though and it is ALWAYS better to stack gold over silver. People are stacking it here because they believe that shit will hit the fan, but don't realise that if the world does collapse then we'll have a long period of chaos, followed by a longer period of small communities that trade resources and skills before civilization returns and you start using gold/silver to trade. This won't happen until at least 50+ years after a complete collapse of the financial system.
Stack silver because you think they're neat coins, or you don't have a lot of money (even then better to stack gold, such as sovereigns).
Stack gold because you want a hedge against inflation.

Personally, I'm never selling my stack. I prune it now and then, coins I don't care for or have overpaid for; nut never selling.
