Are you fucking kidding me lmfao my god LLAP is full of bottom-of-the-barrel shitco chasers still. You milkbreaths don't learn. A $2.4B sales contract means the company is worth $2.4B . You think it means $2.4B in profit, delivered immediately, today, without producing anything. LLAP is not a SaaS tech company where every added customer goes straight to the bottom line.

The shareholder equity is literally negative considering the huge debt LLAP has as well.

This is a shitco.

What are the risks in keeping my securities in the brokerage arm of a small online bank if it's SIPC insured? Like if the bank goes under, what happens to my stocks. Does some entity step in and help me transfer them to another broker, or does it all just disappear/get turned into cash and wired to me? I could make a Vanguard or Schwab account and transfer all my stuff but it's a pain and involves paperwork and potentially weeks of waiting and also some fees. Not really worth it if there's nothing to really be concerned about.

Brokerages are closer to lawyer firms than banks. That's why banks typically hire them to handle all that shit, they can't afford all the legal footwork, and dealing with customers. I've probably called my bank/insurance a dozen times a year, and they always have a waiting time. I've never called my broker.

>The Reuters Tankan sentiment index for manufacturers in Japan dropped to +6 in January 2024 from +12 in December, falling for the first time in four months amid concerns about a fragile domestic consumption and weak external demand, especially from China. A paper/pulp maker company said: “The Chinese market remains unstable and we cannot foresee a bright future there. As a result (our) domestic client is taking a wait-to-see stance.” A machinery maker also cited cooling US-China relations, China’s slowdown, the prolonged war in Ukraine and the renewed conflict between Israel and Hamas as factors affecting the outlook, preventing clients from increasing capital spending. source: Tankan Sponsored by Thomson Reuters

>China's new home prices dropped by 0.4% year-on-year in Decemberber 2023, after a 0.2% fall in the prior month. It was the sixth straight month of drop in new home prices and the steepest pace since March, amid persistently weak demand despite efforts from the government to mitigate the impact of a prolonged property downturn. source: National Bureau of Statistics of China

>Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) has agreed to pay $249M to resolve a long-running investigation into allegations that some of its staff mishandled information about private stock sales, the Securities and Exchange Commission said in a statement Friday.
>The SEC charged the Wall Street bank and the former head of its equity syndicate desk, Pawan Passi, with fraud involving the disclosure of confidential information about the sale of block trades. The regulator also charged Morgan Stanley (MS) with failing to enforce its policies concerning the misuse of material non-public information tied to block trades.

>Block trades involve large shareholders who seek to sell a large quantity of shares of an issuer's stock at once.
>“Despite assuring selling shareholders that they would keep their efforts to sell large blocks of stock confidential, Morgan Stanley and Pawan Passi instead leaked that material non-public information to mitigate their own risk, win more block trade business, and generate over a hundred million dollars in illicit profits,” said Gurbir S. Grewal, Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement.

Those fucks in the Ky legislature have shafted me outta green. Under the original proposed plan by the gov I'd have gotten a 13% pay hike this July and another 4% hike in 2025. Under the plan just proposed by them yesterday I'll only get a 4% hike in July and a 2% hike next year. They put some mucky muck thing in there about a study being done and based on that would give out further raises in 2025. Which this would be the 3rd such study. The previous 2 all got shat canned. This 3rd one would be no different.

Dude yes. People complain about McDonalds being expensive as fuck and that is true, but when you use the app so they can harvest your data and put gamma waves up your cock hole to track you and sell that data to the Mossad and China for developing fetus killing biovectors using Machine Learning, the deals make pretty sizeable goyslop meals at McDonalds cheap-ish.

> so they hit up mcdonalds 2-3 times a week and get something.
I used to do this when i was 190+ lbs (now down to 177 lbs because i've stopped going to McDicks 2-3x a week...that was the whole reason i had 1500 "points" saved up.

Basically the daily deals with the account alone are great, but the "points" meme encourages people to be like your friends and go to MCD 2-3x a week.

Today is my cheat day sorta cuz all I've eaten is McDonalds today for a total of 1500ish calories so im under maintenance for sure but it feels bad.

Basically it's like a Jewish hamster wheel for goy cattle who keep eating zogslop. The app provides you with a solid points reward system that occasionally turns into a free meal or larger snack every $15-20 spent

It sounds like your friends literally eat goyslop every single day and can't be bothered to make their own food? My god, listening to your friends' stories as a 25 y old is making me reconsider my eating habits rn. I try to fast a lot these days. Lost 15ish lbs since November.

But the goyslop calls my name. I went back to MCD today and used all my points up and also used a deal. So i went to fucking MCD twice in one day. Usingg the app.
