Either as the result of a top down system of mass control, or just a consequence of decades of public graft and corruption, the US food supply has been turned into a pipeline of chemical laden near food substances that directly cause genetic damage as well as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, etc... Our health officials promote poor dietary guidelines that keep the demand high for these high sugar and grain, low fat, mass produced food like substances, thus perpetuating the cycle of a diseased public, eager to buy any expensive drugs and treatments that promise to remedy their malaise. All of this is supported via taxpayer money that's redistributed in the form of subsidies to farmers, tax breaks to manufacturers, crop insurance programs, and of course money and processed food given directly to the poorest of our population via snap, ebt, and school breakfast/lunch programs.

It will end eventually. Astrologers say peak disgust in government will occur in 2026 and our current cycle will end in 2032, at which time, western society as a whole should begin rebuilding into something much better.

Quite the opposite. The state needs to get out of the food business. By using their essentially unlimited funds, they've manipulated our food supply to be more profitable for a few groups, but more harmful for the population.
Gov food subsidies make the free market for food unrealistic for most competitors at any scale, leaving the poorest only able to obtain the subsidized unhealthy options.

I don't care about my weight anymore because i made a point to love the gym when i was younger and now, even if i can only go twice a week, it helps me stay healthy and active, i might not have huge muscles but i am decently toned and my health is impeccable. I think at the end of the day that's what crypto is all about, restraint, control, discipline. You don't even need to trade crypto for these qualities to benefit you, just look at the people marketing for viralx, do you think they aren't disciplined in what they do? Or the community managers, graphic designers. We're all a big space where discipline and control takes priority for those who are actually making money.

I think it's all just a symptom of a bigger problem, but I'm not a fan of using sin taxes to alter public behavior. It just leads to more corruption and useless criminal enforcement that further wastes public money.

In an ideal society, the currency wouldn't inflate like fiat does, workers wouldn't pay taxes on their wages, and food would be primarily produced and purchased locally. I think we'll see something along those lines start to form in the not so distant future, but the current system will by necessity, have to cave in on itself first.

The problem goes really deep and you can't fix it with a few policy changes. There are trillions of dollars of industry directly or indirectly tied to modern foods and thus obesity. You would have to completely upturn farming and its subsidies, deal with the food companies, deal with the pharma companies, deal with activist journalists who spread propaganda for these entities, deal with banks and NGOs trying to punish real farming,

You can't escape the reality that fixing the modern food problem would require something even bigger than what the 1930s Germans tried to do.

It's extremely simple: Big sugar has paid to "scientists" to "prove" that fats and proteins are dangerous and cause all the health problems.
In fact, fats and proteins are known to completely cull the hunger and preventing overeating, while carbs and especially things like sugar and corn syrup do the opposite.
Now they put sugar and corn syrup everywhere, because it makes people eat more.

>> No.57243694

This. Sugar itself isn't bad long term, even in excessive amounts sometimes. MSG, GMO corn syrups, and yeast extracts cause long term genetic damages. They add that stuff to damned near everything. Nevermind the growth hormones, ever evolving antibiotics, and micro plastics that end up in our food. We don't even have the decades of research to know what they do, or if there is any research, it's paid for by tgr same people using those products. And, that's all on top of the endless new drugs and vaccines being given to people from infancy the past 40 years.

Humanity didn't evolve to eat this shit, and the genetic damages will continue as long as we continue to eat this way. We're essentially de-evolving and becoming less resilient to many diseases and ailments that were never widespread issues before.

I don't know how people can acknowledge stuff like this, like everyone was WAY HEALTHIER decades ago, and still defend modern foods. It's not just obvious stuff like fast food, but almost everything in a grocery store is man made poison. Traditional cooking 100 years ago meant a meal focused around some sort of animal food, cooked in an animal fat and garnished with either cooked or fermented veg. People rarely ate fruit, fresh veg salads wasn't a thing, oils weren't used, certainly nothing processed. The average housewife from 100 years ago would be labelled a fascist carnitard today.

It's a systemic issue. Something as common as say, chicken breast, isn't even remotely close to the same thing it was 50 years ago. Chicken was chicken. Large factories may have used a little more antibiotics or cheaper feed than your local smaller farms did, but that was about it really.

Now, $2/lb chicken breasts from a store are pumped full of growth hormones, fed GMO feed, given numerous antibiotics and vaccines, have a "woody" grained texture where it's muscle grew unnaturally fast in proportion to its bones, rendering it a feeble, unholy abortion of an animal, then it comes shipped "fresh frozen" after being injected with up to 15% by weight of broth solution. That broth is primarily flavored with msg and yeast extract. It doesn't matter if you buy the organic, cage free chicken or the store brand, because its all coming from farms that use these same practices and sell to a handful of processors/monopolies.

If you want actual, fresh chicken breasts that weren't grown abnormally with chemicals and hormones, and not pumped full of gene damaging flavored water (like we ate 50 years ago), you have to drive to a local butcher/farm and those breasts will cost 3x as much as the supermarket stuff.

Not many people do that, and farmers don't take EBT, so poor people don't have that option usually. And, working class people often don't that financial freedom either. That's just one food item...

I was formerly a fat person. I lost a lot of weight in my life both poor and when I was doing better financially. The big difference was ignorance and experience. There are also some new health problems that can come from losing weight that most people do not anticipate. If anybody wants the short answer for how to lose weight and keep it off, then it's really not that difficult. McDougall's Starch Solution diet works better than anything else I've seen. However, not getting enough protein WILL significantly affect your muscle mass and your physical strength no matter what the vegans tell you. You would have to consume VERY large portions of unprocessed protein containing carbs to keep your muscle mass up and that is difficult to do while losing significant amounts of weight. That's where the KETO idiots are actually right. They're all going to die of heart attacks and stroke, but they actually are right about protein. Hope that helps you fatties.

I'm not sure astrology is that specific lol, but yes, faith in government will continue to decline. We just started a new period of humanity where we should begin to see a pullback from the selfish, consumer culture and a gradual shift into a more egalitarian mindset. This goes on for about the next 20ish years but coincides with the other current cycle that shows an upheaval and destruction of our current system. So, it peaks in 2026, ends in 2032, but the back to humanity and concern for others stuff runs for I think another 10 years after that.

This year will be the shift, in and out. Next year everything "starts" in full so, more wars, currency collapse, revolutions, etc...it will get "worse" and peak in Feb 26, but "worse" is fairly subjective as it would depend on your area. If your town gets bombed to ashes in 2025, that's about as bad as it gets lol. If you're in "lockdown" in your city apartment for 3 months getting MREs from a national guard truck weekly, it might get worse than that...who knows?

The good news here is that it appears the jews lose and, while it might take a bit to get there, for those of us who survive it, we may live in an absolute golden era of humanity where the cool tech gets used to help each other instead of a control mechanism by elites, and the ideas of consumption and money change dramatically across the globe, allowing for a more genuine, exciting, and stress free life for everyone.

But you can read all this stuff for yourself. Pretty much every astrologer is saying something similar. I'm leery of anyone who gets too specific in their predictions though as those are just their own interpretations. The themes are fairly constant.

Ya, who knows who it will play out specifically. I personally feel like it's gonna be pretty fucked up for the US and that we might just not care about Taiwan much if China does anything. We've really fucked a lot of countries over. Our "enemies" constitute half the world. Taiwanese citizens woukd likely vote to join the mainland in another 20 years after the older generation dies out so...its a bigger flashpoint for the US as a military projection into the area and of course the billions we've dumped into tech there. Depending on who's running things, it might be a necessary sacrifice on our part.
I think there will probably be factions of government and military opposing each other in various attempts to maintain peace or seize power. I think whatever happens war wise that during or immediately after the end of major hostilities, the international banks will try cbdc's in the countries they control, they'll fail catastrophically, and that new systems will rise after that. The destruction of the current monetary paradigm will be the final act that allows the world to move forward unburdened and into something better.
Im not basing that on anything except my own observations and thoughts.

Why do you even think of chicken breast in the first place, its way less then 50% of the chicken meat.
Chicken breast just as filet/soft steak on red meat is the least gelatin (and other kollagen associated things) rich of the meat parts.
Minced meat nowadays also HAS to have low gelatin at least here.
AND free range animals with space have far more gelatin then nowadays animals
AND they were breeded to have low gelatin since this gives you more money.
And fat people very often eat bad quality pork with a very soft meat and chicken breasts.
And people used to cook out the bones for a meat soup which is lots of gelatin.
Nowadays also gelatin rich parts are often used not for human consumption.
So what i want to say, basically everyone eats too little gelatin especially gelatin/protein intake.
I think this is a very large part why people get fat and sloppy just like gelatin poor meat.

Never. African failed countries such as Nigeria have rampant obesity rates while being dirt poor. If anything, a crash in the economy would worsen the fat epidemic, the same way it would make drug abuse soar.

I went from 165 pounds (athlete) to 240 pounds in 2 years at my desk job

It's not because of what I ate, rather because I wasn't exercising.

That is the exact body I would have if I didn't change course and every time I see someone like this I get motivated to never ever become one.

People are fat because they have low self-discipline to live at a normal weight. I stopped being overweight within 6-8 months of living on my own and taking control of my life. Metabolic disorders that impact efficient burning of calories aside (~1% of the population): if someone is overweight, they just don't want to change their weight for either mostly lazy reasons or they're prioritizing something else (like making money), simple.

seed oils are a by-product and a cheap industrial oil that is found in basically all processed foods these days.
People are fat and unhealthy because they are unaware. And also because they are poor in diet.

>Jogging for 30 min a day will have the same effect on your weightloss as just not having a small bowl of chips

That's if you only look at it from a CICO point of view

The reality is, if you're running, you're not going to want to fill up your body with bullshit, because you know that you'll feel it in your run.

Exercise fixes a bad diet.

Nah it's all about how much you're eating and how often. I've gone from 218 to 193 in less than a month from doing OMAD, intermittent fasting, and walking 10-20k steps a day. That's all I've done and I've yet to break a sweat and I've lost nearly 30 pounds. For any anons intimidated to start getting into fitness don't even bither stepping into a gym. Just start out walking and fasting regularly and the fat will melt off you. I'm aiming for 150lbs as my end goal and after that I'm going to start building muscle.

i did this and my spine literally went degen. now im cursed for life and live off of painkillers. without them i would anhero. brokeback 24/7.

you need to slow it down, and focus on building the muscle now, while never overlifting. you can build alot of muscle my lifting 25-50% of your max.

the whole thing is about not rushing it. injuries will set you back months, or in my case, a lifetime.

People are often more dissuaded at the idea of thinking they have to exercise to lose weight, when they don't. Tracking your calories for a week, and then cutting out 2,000 calories (300/day) means you'll lose 2.5lbs a month with zero additional physical effort.

I never supported freedom because "it worked". I support it because people have rights, whether or not that ends well for them is of no concern to me.
