I wanted to tell you more about Alephium and its tech.

Alephiums BlockFlow has a number of advantages such as combined security among all shards, single step cross-shard tx with same garanties and user experience than single chain/shard, very simple design and implementation. Alephium is also the only chain combining scalable DeFi with security proprieties of proofOfWork and UTXO.

Alephium natively supports single-step cross-shard transactions and currently has 16 shards (400TPS) running on its mainnet. It can scale up to 1024 shards (over 10’000 TPS) as the network load increases and may be able to support much more as hardware capacity improves.

While KDA is also based on PoW, it is account-based and its cross-chain transactions are based on SPV proofs which are more expensive and not as user friendly.

Compared to Layer2 scaling solutions:

Migration from Layer1 to Layer2 is expensive, time consuming and dramatically impacts user experience.
Alephium's layer 1 achieves similar performances compared to projects relying on layer 2 solutions. It is future proof and provides a better user experience.

Compared to projects leveraging Extended Utxo model:

These projects extend the classical UTXO model of Bitcoin to support smart contracts and leverage its security advantages. However, despite the extended support, smart contracts are still not as powerful as on Ethereum . Thanks to its unique stateful UTXO model, Alephium offers the same level of programmability and ease the migration of SmartContracts from EVM .

There is no absolut "best" blockchain , it's always a question of trade-offs and what matters to you when using blockchains. Alephium's approach offers a scalable platform with high level of programability and security without sacrificing Decentralization .

Some problems with ALPH
>Block time of currently 64 seconds, resulting in having to wait over one (1.2 or 1.5) hour to ensure that your tx is secure
>GPU minable and low hash rate, heightening the risk of a 51% attack, but Alephium is designed to be ASIC friendly
>ALPH claims it can increase the shard count via network upgrade, it's not clear what exactly this would entail, now consider that kadena not only has a solution (up to over 1M shards) but even demonstrated it by scaling from 10 to 20 shards.
>Running a full node on Alephium might require handling data from all shards. This is because each node needs to maintain connections with other shards for consistency, as indicated by the need to keep track of 2G - 1 other shards.
>Networking is the main bottleneck for increasing the number of shards. Suggesting that 32 is the partial limit of shards.

- Block time will be reduced to 16 seconds in the next network upgrade

- Alephium has a 51% attack protection. Low Hashrate? Sure but it did a x2 in the Hashrate already and will do more. Asic friendly, yes. Bitcoin is ASIC friendly too.

- On Kadena you have to chose a shard if you send a transaction, Alephium has cross shard transactions, you dont need to pick a shard if you send a transaction. Also Alephium is UTXO and Account based, kadena only account based.

- 32 groups for shards are enough.

Holy bagholder cope. Kadena is a dead tranny coin. Alephium is more user friendly, it's newer, it has a smaller market cap so the upside potential is bigger, and it's about to have its first bull run. Kadena baggots will miss out again

And yes, new exchange listings are on the roadmap this year.

This is an important point. The usability of Kadena is absolute garbage. Users shouldn't have to think about shards or be required to take multiple steps in order to make cross-shard transactions. The quickest way to become bearish on KDA is to try actually using it. It just sucks.

Correct, and that is why I am buying.
>Kadena baggots will miss out again
Kadena holders like undervalued things, hence why I am buying.

I'm just trying to piss you off by posting factual information while crossdressing, idk if that matters.

I wrote about this as it being a good thing, hence the use of "but"

Correct and that is why it's able to scale in the first place, worse UX for scaling. And near & alph do better UX for worse scaling.
