Reminder: crypto-to-crypto exchanging is a taxable event.

>> No.57182518

Only on the UK. It's only taxable in the US if doing so made you a profit.

What makes you think the UK is any different? In the UK it's only taxable if your total capital gains from all sources exceed your personal allowance.

Because people from the UK complain about taxes on this board fairly regularly. Are all of them lying?

No, they're all poor. Our capital gains tax is low, it's our income tax that's fucked.

I'm leaving this pozzed shithole as soon as I make enough money to buy somewhere nice abroad. All our government does is import niggers and jeets while looking for new ways to fuck white working men.

How are they gonna know I exchanged Icp for different coins, 10x’d my stack. That stack 10x’d in price at the same time. All on a decentralized chat app that has cryptographically secure front and backend? They can’t

Poland sounds pretty based. As I said I'm not sure where yet. As long as it's not swamped with niggers and progressives.

>Our capital gains tax is low
No it isn't. Tax free allowance for capital gains was £12,500, it's now £6000 and in April it'll be £3000. Also network fees and trading fees aren't tax deductible. Staking rewards are considered misc income which has a tax free allowance of £1000, and taxes are due when staking rewards are paid, not when theyre sold. Under a """conservative""" government too.
