it doesnt matter. buy coins that you think will go up. sell when they go up significantly

it's all a fugazi and none of it is real, one day it will all fall apart and we'll be forced to live in balance with the earth without these fraudulent systems that leverage an imaginary future with the creation of "debt"

>> No.57178171

It's all a ponzi scheme. Numbers go up when people trade in their wealth for the thing, the mayority will always be losers and a minority of winners. The only two winning strategies are too buy early or to buy slowly after a giga dump, then you pray to God that you are able to sell during the euphoric hype train that even you yourself will inevitably fall prey to. Pro tip: You have two days to sell the top, two weeks max to get the hell out of there with very good profits.

how does the price go up? If there are 4 buyers and 4 sellers, they all sell at $10, how does the price go up to $20?
I understand people just boy at market price, but what determines market price?
>4 sellers sell at $10
>it instantly gets bought by 4 buyers at $10
>somehow the price goes up
this is the part I'm stuck on. Is the computer making the choice to raise the price? I thought stocks were purely driven by supply and demand? Where does the $20 price come from?

>> No.57180846

you are fucking retarded anon, let me help. Even when you market buy/sell (ie hit the big red or green button with no limit orders), what that means is that you're buying or selling into existing offers to sell coins at prices set by other market participants until the money you are using when you hit the big dumb green or red button is expended. Otherwise you set a offer to sell your coins at a certain price or buy at a certain price, and your offer gets filled or it does not. This is how markets have worked for thousands of years.

it's really insane. every asset you could think of investing in, is a FRAUDULENT market.
jpm's paid like $40 billion in fines. and yet they're allowed to continue to operate. and that $40 billion is this little tiny fraction of all the crimes committed. it's just rampant FRAUD. and it's everywhere.

Market price is determined by the Bid/Ask spread, which is determined by limit orders (not market orders).

Example:

- The Seller is ASKING for $11 per share.

- The Buyer is making a BID at $9 per share.

- The market price is therefore $10.

Now, the spreads are rarely this wide, unless it's a stock with very low volume. Usually the spreads are a couple pennies or less.

Nobody actually buys the market price. When you make a market order, you pay the asking price from the seller.

Hope that helps Anon.

Speculation. The invisible hand is jewish. Economics is a social “science” (bullshit). It’s all made up and the reason it’s obfuscated is because if people knew the actual workings they would be slaughtering the extended families those involved in their homes.

Just start by learning terms.

For stocks, go to the basic data page for any ticker and start learning what those terms and numbers mean. You can use Investopedia or YouTube.

For cryptocurrency, just start learning the basics of Bitcoin and then branch out to Ethereum and other large market cap coins. If I remember correctly there is a good YouTube called Finematics or something that goes into some of the concepts well.

Digest one term or concept at a time, and don't just read or listen. Actually think about the concepts. Walk around and mull them over in your head or something. Make hypotheses to yourself and see if any of them hold true in the market. If you make learning new terms and concepts a regular part of your life, you'll understand a great deal in a few years.
