So you marry because of social pressure lmfao. You can have a wedding and go to church (to show commitment to your family and social circle), but why the fuck would you sign a contract with the state.
>you're both more motivated to change and compromise to make things work (which is necessary in every marriage) than walk away.

That means a surplus of 71 million people for the first century. The US also had a growth of around 270% from 1900 to 2000, from 76 million to 282 million, another surplus of 206 million. Over this timeframe, we start speaking in absolute numbers, not in guesses and estimates. So far, the latest reports sit at 335 million, marking a growth of 18% from the 282 million mark at the start of the century and a final surplus of about 53 million.

anon, I’m telling you that marriage is illegal in the united states. if you and I sign a contact for me to fix your car, and you pay me but I never fix the car, then you can take me to court to enforce the contract, or at least get your money back. but if your wife signs a contract and says “til death do us part” and then decides she isn’t feeling it anymore a couple years later, then she can and will divorce you and you will have no legal option to actually enforce the contract or otherwise be compensated by her for her failure to fulfill her side of the contract. I have an old newspaper clipping from the 1970s or maybe even earlier where a 19 year old woman who had been married for one year filed for divorce and the judge literally denied it and said to her “you’re going to have to try to make it work” or something. with no-fault divorce that doesn’t exist anymore. marriage contracts cannot be legally enforced in the US. marriage (a real marriage, as in a lifelong commitment) is literally illegal now. do not get married.

no, they’re just officially declared by the government after the fact. there are things you can see in real time that have 100% correlation with recession. for example the unemployment rate crossed above its 24 month moving average in Q3 or Q4 and that always corresponds to a recession, and GDI is negative yoy and that always corresponds to a recession, too.

Reminder that European governments are shilling for Biden because they want more free handouts. We (the United States) make cushy European welfare states possible by providing for, and thus subsidizing, their national defense at our own expense, to the point where it's bankrupting our country. European countries spend only a fraction of what we do on their military, and yet they expect us to protect them free of charge. European governments need Biden to be reelected so that he will keep sending troops and financial aid to Europe. Call your congressman and tell them to investigate European election interference on behalf of Joe Biden, and to sanction European governments accordingly for the direct threat that they pose to US democracy.

The US is undergoing the same process as the UK did when it was the workshop of the world. They were about 40% of their GDP in 1850, and it dropped to 25% by the end of the century. This was because other industrialized nations arose in Europe, such as Germany and France, but these nations pretty much messed up twice. By the time of the Bretton Woods agreements and GATT around Eisenhower, the US accounted for 50% of the world's GDP. Nowadays, that figure sits at about 25%. And you've had:

>The independence of Africa, generally wrapped in wars and the occasional ethnic cleansing - a period of relative pacification in Africa from 1990 to 2010 - a recent resurfacing of local conflicts.
>The foundation of the EEA, which turned Europe into an economic bloc, making it the second-largest economy, and the transition into the EU where it was overtaken by China.
>Massive fuckups from China, like the Great Leap Forward - Deng Xiaoping's reforms - the return of communist rule under Xi Jinping.
>The Japanese economic miracle and the Four Asian Tigers.

But nowadays, pretty much every country in the northern hemisphere is losing population, except the US, so that figure will only go up, especially if we truly are on the verge of unlimited power through nuclear fission. The US is probably far from reaching its golden age.

Restrict social programs to proven citizens would solve many problems. Personally I'd restructure Social Security into a simple redistribution scheme. Tax everyone at a flat rate, redistribute evenly every quarter to every citizen. Pareto principal and wealth distributions would make this beneficial for 80% of recipients. Self-sustaining, no unfunded liabilities. Also smooths out unemployment volatility. None of this inter-generational ponzi nonsense & eliminate all other welfare.

Yeah, I agree.
>Poland and Germany alone would be enough
Most likely, yeah. Russia is a paper dragon with empirical aspirations which it's not equipped to execute ever again. However, I think it's beneficial for the west to let them think that they're hot shit. Keep us on our toes and ready for real threats.

When you think about it name the biggest scam in the modern world today? The Vatican church. Landlocked. It's own private thing. No taxes. No real military. It prints money. I'm not saying religion itself is a sham; hey believe in what you want. But I'm just saying the institution itself is richer in hell. All those donations given out in the name of "soul saving" on behalf of the sheep every sunday like clockwork. I know all about it. I was dragged to a church by my grandparents in my younger years; biggest scam ever. But it all worked out, uh me and a girl kinda did some "sinning" in an unused room one day. Hey you meet girls everywhere you know. Now granted we didn't fuck, no time for that sadly, but there was time for her to put her uh mouth to use on my cock. What? I was 15 for shat sake.

Utility of the tool from a business perspective does indeed make the tool valuable.
As businesses could use such a tool for financial services to save money for temporary operations.

However most people will utilize the service for renting. The actual market is different from the practical purpose. Civilians should outright own homes, people on holiday should rent.
Businesses should purchase or rent buildings after mathematically determining ROI from factual tested numbers.

Looks cheap, but I've seen cheaper. Think about it this way:
At a 5x multiple and neutral cash balance, it would take 5 years to recoup your investment assuming you extract every penny. You could look at this as a 20% annualized return, but arguably it's 25%. If there is efficient capital use or organic growth on top of the current profits, even better. I'm not really seeing such an increase in cash in the data though. Those financials show 3 mil in profit, so if cashflow was 10 mil there must've been some timing with sales/revenue recognition, or some other one off cashflow impact, or perhaps you're reading the balance sheet wrong.

The primary problem for me is that I make more money trading, and for most of the rest of this thread - they wouldn't have the confidence to hold that a value stock. Not to mention the risk that the company squanders those profits or sees some fundamental shift due to competitive pressures or industry dynamics, as is common among microcaps. A successful microcap is simply called a large cap. So there's no need to play Gatekeeper over a Canadian ticker that realistically no one in this thread is gonna care about anyway.

My only complaint is that I hoping to switch to going short some time this year... but if stocks keep going up I may never get to do that...
I'll never get to be one of the smug bobos

If you didn't sell at $30, you're an actual retard. I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you.

...so they've recently managed to perform nuclear fusion with lasers which produces more energy than it takes. That's pretty bullish, isn't it? Which companies do I buy to have sub-salt&pepper growth for the next 30 years but then suddenly 13,000x my money over 10?

>> No.57152555

>>57152519
I highly doubt there are any publicly traded fusion companies, anon.

Oh, I wouldn't touch any of those stocks with a 10 ft pole. I dislike crypto very much. Just wondering if anyone sold out of MARA during the dip.

>> No.57152587

>>57152555
Not yet but even just knowing which companies are making the lasers could be useful now. Fusion isn't fake and gay like ai and tech in general, it's literally going to propel us a rung up the Kardashev scale as a species. I'm getting in on the foundation somehow.
