Probably the majority on the Palm, seriously. Too many russians and not enough nature for my taste, but I'll stay here for 1 more bull run at least. Dubai has decent healthcare, excellent schools and is the safest city in the world in which you have things to do (and third safest overall behind Singapore and Abu Dhabi). Can't say it's lacking family appeal.

The only issues with Dubai are the heat and lack of nature. Heat is tolerable for 9 months on the Palm and Al Barari (much cooler than the rest of the city), frankly these are the 2 places that also have greenery. The rest are made up concerns due to shortsightedness and reddit propaganda.
