Can a business sit on your check payment and not cash it for 3 months? A service company called A&E Service just did this to me, and to make it worse they were already charging me too much money for no solution. About three months ago now A&E sent me a guy who they believed could fix my fridge door, which wasn't closing properly and his idea of a fix was to bend the removable hinge with a pair of pliers and some over played elbow grease. His "fix" lasted all of a month the hinge is defective it just keeps getting bent no matter if you have any items in the doors multiple compartments. Samsung manufactured the fridge and they aren't going to do a damn thing for me the fridge was made in 2011.
