Why does no one talk about the fact that link only went to top 5 in 2020 because the team dumped multiple tens of millions of tokens very suddenly which increased the market cap artificially before the demand could catch up to the supply shock?

That’s basically why link “underperformed” the rest of the cycle, but in reality it shouldn’t have gone up above top 10 and it only did because of an artificially high market cap caused by an extremely sudden supply dump.

The team is doing the same this cycle, dumping large amounts of link to keep the project’s position in the top 20 while the price stagnates.
