Billion dollars protocol partnering with an apparent scamcoin of 1.6m cap, like why would they even do that. You know Chainlink has a stringend DD process for early CCIP mainnet access? Solidly managed to get it among giants like Aave and Synthetix.

Let me spill the beans

Recently the team revealed on their discord that they completed their crosschain messaging aggregator (that's what the ann in OP is about) and they're just finishing up the UI and launching this week.

They revealed their first expansion will be to Fantom, of all chains why Fantom? it seems dead af

Thy seem to be in talks with the Fantom Foundation and also revealed that the Foundation migrated their veSOLID position from the original Solidly to this fork, which makes this the official continuation of Solidly. Most likely Andre Cronje will get involved again and redeem himself for his fuckup of the original version and all the bagholders he created, meaning: they'll pump the living shit out of this and create TVL-mania 2.0 like back in early 2022. Circulating market cap is $1.6 million and 95% of supply is locked by users into veSOLID. All whales have capitulated and every last die-hard hater is gone, there's literally no one to dump.

After this has pumped on Fantom, their DEX will quickly accumulate TVL on all other chains and become #2-3 on every chain and over time #1-2. Reason being that they highly optimized Solidly V3 (a Uniswap V3 fork), it has up to 50% gas savings vs Uniswap, full JIT protection and volatility-adjusted swap fees. They're already seeing higher capital efficiency numbers on mainnet than uni, despite having very little TVL. Technically it's a superior product, all that's left is a spark to fire it up, that's whats going to happen over the following weeks.

Churning Butter, Not Cash: Solidly's Recipe for Capital Efficiency
Folks, let's talk turkey. In the DEX game, most platforms churn through capital like a blender on puree. It's all about big numbers - TVL this, volume that - but what good's a mountain of butter if it ain't gettin' spread? That's where Solidly comes in.

Think of Solidly as a fancy butter churn, one that separates the cream of the crop from the buttermilk. It ain't interested in just stockpiling capital, it wants that butter churnin', makin' sweet, sweet fees. And how does it do that? By rewardin' the folks who know good butter when they see it: the voters.

Solidly's got this neat trick where it pays voters directly for steering the herd towards the most efficient pools. These are the pools that sizzle and pop with activity, the ones where folks are buyin', sellin', and swappin' like there's no tomorrow. And guess what? All that action churns out fees, and those fees go straight to the voters who picked the winners. Talk about a self-optimizing machine!
But Solidly ain't stingy, oh no. It also throws a little somethin'-somethin' to the folks who holdin' those veSOLID tokens. They get a cool 20% of the fees, plus the best part: 100% dilution protection. That's right, folks, Solidly's the only ve(3,3) DEX in town that keeps your butter from meltin' away.

Now, I ain't sayin' Solidly's got all the answers, but it's definitely churnin' the butter in the right direction. It's rewardin' efficiency, protectin' investors, and makin' the whole DEX game a little sweeter. So keep your eye on Solidly, folks, it might just be the recipe for a healthier, tastier DeFi future.

That's the word from Omaha, and trust me, I know good butter when I see it.

- Forked Uniswap V3 and introduced 50% gas savings by cutting oracles among other useless stuff
- Solved long-standing problems like JIT attacks and toxic flow during volatile phases. They demonstrated in October (proven on-chain) that their solution can front-run even veteran MEV bots
- Working on an improved Uniswap V2 version with an apparent killer feature for shitcoins
- Token has actual utility, earns 20% of all swap fees and 100% of bribes. Can be staked to perfectly counteract its own inflation (i.e. 100% dilution protected), which in any case is low at ~6% per year, reaching ~0% in 18 years
- Additionally, token holders can exclusively decide where weekly emissions go by voting. Voters earn all of the swap fees for the pool they voted for, thus incentivizing capital efficient capital allocation
- Recently they announced that they've completed an all-in-one secure crosschain messaging bridge, which will allow the DEX to become fully omnichain in a permissionless way (no actions required by the team).
- 1.5m market cap as of now
- 95% of supply perpetually locked by voters
- Recently partnered with Lido & Chainlink
- Roosh (co-founder) has a 20% in Symmetrial which is launching in Q1 2024, he's going to offer SOLID staking against the earnings of his SYMM staking rewards (SYMM is backed by multi billion dollar VCs and various CT ogs)

Recently they've demostrated better capital efficiency than any other DEX on Ethereum. Reason being because of the massive gas savings giving them an edge on aggregator platforms.

All in all Solidly is primed to fly any moment.

>> No.57045573

And most important short-term catalyst:
They will go grant hunting across different L2 chains having completed their in-house 2/3 bridging solution, a complete novelty in crypto.

They managed to frontrun both Uniswap and LayerZero on this.

Immediate chain expansions will be
Fantom
Arbitrum
Optimism
Avalanche

And to repeat what I said above, their solution automatically and without team intervention distributes all emissions across all chains in an automated manner, it's not like PancakeSwap where their teams manually transfer and distribute tokens across different chains and pools.

Technically the most superior multichain DEX solution ever built.

Solidly is the peoples token, do not fade it, do not watch, take the fucking ride, throw a few thousand at it, if you can throw 6 figures at it. Sit back, relax, and become vindicated on your decision to act. Not many do.

Side note: So many people hate Roosh, but why? What has Roosh ever done? You don't fade Roosh. When Roosh comes he comes to win. Seriously though, what has he ever done? Just get slightly overleveraged and caused some gas price spiking, and a loss of his money? Fuck you. You dont hate him for any reason but jealousy. He doesnt even think about you.

Solidly was like communism, sounds great on paper, doesn't work in practice. It crashed and burned. Twice.
The first time, on Fantom, it was over-hyped and over-crowded as a trade, plus they shipped too fast and over-looked critical bugs.
The second launch on eth where they presumably fixed previous errors resulted in more or less the same price trajectory. It dumped hard, again.
What makes it any different now? Sure it can pump on hype, esp since the floating supply is miniscule. But what can possibly kickstart the flywheel that looks so good on paper? I am deeply skeptical.

Early mainnet access is gatekept by Chainlink, in order to be whitelisted Chainlink must know of the existence and been in talks with Solidly. How else would Solidly's contract end up being whitelisted in Chainlink's CCIP router?

So yes, Chainlink is aware of Solidly's existence and they've been talking.

Doesn't imply that they're partners, just that Chainlink whitelisted this project for early CCIP mainnet access (a service that Chainlink will provide to everyone once general access has been launched).

The point of the OP post seems to have been that a $1.6m project getting early access in one of crypto's most renowned protocols is a big achievement, likely indicating an undervaluation of said project at $1.6m.

>But isn't he the co-founder of Solid protocol
no, lol. when it launched, one of the partner projects gamed the system by launching two tokens and pairing them so they could farm their allocation without anyone else being able to buy. it was a petty, stupid move, but they had a specific reason for doing it and weren't going to push it further. then genius over here gets the bright idea that he should do the same thing, while aggressively bidding on veNFTs so he could get a controlling stake of Solidly when it hadn't even been established yet. he completely failed to understand the entire point of the dex, threw away millions buying tokens that he made worthless specifically because of his actions, and ultimately blew up the entire chain and got massively liquidated because of his own stupidity. the main dev of solidly fucked off and the project was abandoned, what remains now is its reanimated corpse

Nice try but very inaccurate and warped view.

Let's establish some key facts:
1. Solidly as originally launched on Fantom never had a fighting chance, it was deployed in an immutable manner.
2. It had several critical bugs, which could never be fixed because of the immutability, source for critical bugs: https://medium.com/@seraph333/security-disclosures-and-recent-attacks-on-solidly-v1-ab7dc47558c5
Original dev (Andre Cronje) was made aware of many of these bugs, he denied most of them and said they couldn't be fixed even if they were valid (because, again, immutability).

With that fact established and Solidly V1 being doomed from the start, let's get into the dirty fights that went on. There were several protocols and players who established strategies to gain - sometimes unethically - a larger stake in the protocol in order to be able to control emissions. 2 of the biggest were Solidex and 0xDAO, Solidex straight up robbed stupid DeFi users by offering a ridiculously stupid deal, 0xDAO was offering a fair version of the same. Then there were several protocols who deployed the now known batman tactic and it happened long before Roosh ever first did it.
Somehow because of his general attitude he quite literally became the scapegoat of the whole thing by later getting liquidated, losing 9 figures in the process.

All in all, Roosh did nothing wrong, he just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and became an easy scapegoat for the collective rage against Andre who was completely absent during this whole fiasco. The public needed some to blame, so Roosh was good enough.
Later on Roosh teamed up with a couple people who reanimated what was once a doomed project. Creating a superior version to Uniswap V3 and a seamless omnichain experience.

The guy went from 10k to 600m once, he's on track to do it again. Don't fade Roosh.

>> No.57067843

Just saying it's wrong to say that Solidly V1 on Fantom failed because of Roosh or Batman (or the handful of others doing it before and after him), it was doomed from the start because of multiple critical vulnerabilities which left the protocol inoperable. If the protocol was working as expected, Roosh's actions would have had no effect and the market would've coped with it. At the time he only owned like 5-6%, other protocols have much larger whales.

I swapped ETH for solidly but got this error and now the ETH is also gone/drain from my metamask account as well? How do I recover my money or where is it?

I used this: Solidly V3 (Ethereum)

I did two swaps. The first one was about .20 ETH but it got the error and I didn't take a screenshoot, so I tried another swap for 0.01 to take the screenshot below (which you can see in the image above).

>>57073357
Yeah. Original was highly bugged. Iirc Roosh himself was who exploited the original bug. Then Andre threw a fit and killed it. Last run was fueled only on hype but whales killed it. So they basically rebuilt the protocol from scratch to address the bugs and left the ability to modify the code so they could improve on it (hence why the original imploded). I think it's on one of their old mediums but they basically ran live tests on exploiting the old protocol before it died, then gave a technical explanation on how V2 solved it. That was enough for me to hitch myself to it. I missed the first top being out of town like a retard but I kept holding simply because I think there's a lot of maturity here from a technical standpoint (dog bs aside but I chalk that up to autistic nerds) and there's enough hype potential with Andre wrapped up to propel this. So
>good tech
>good token fundamentals
>hype catalyst via Andre
Is all a good thing to bet on. Roosh is a GIANT shit stain faggot, but at this point he's an angel investor and nothing more. I don't know what else you'd really be looking for to bet on
