This chart confuses and angers the average trader, and here's why. It looks like the second half of the life cycle of a dead coin, i.e. one that had a previous hype cycle, hit the top, and then bled ever since. As in, half of the chart history is seen as missing. Look at any 2017 coin to see the type I mean.

If this were the case, it should indeed be avoided.

But, in fact, KILT fucked up its launch timing (the absolute top of the market), was huge overvalued at the time (30x presale prices) and then its supply increased by 400% due to vesting unlocks whilst those presalers dumped into the bear market.

This was a serious fuckup by the team who are so autistcally focussed on bagging huge global enterprise clients and delivering phenomenal tech that they don't really understand the shitcoin side of thing. What other coin had that exact complaint? Quant; you may have heard of it.

If KILT had launched 6 months later, and with 100% circulating (as all coins should) it would look completely different.

The high IQ trader has to be able to understand why charts end up as they do, and add further information such as the fact that presale unlocks finished a month ago and inflation is now just 3% for one year, then 0.5% for one year, then essentially zero.

The high IQ trader might also notice that despite its scary appearance from the initial drop, the price has actually been rangebound between 22c and 90c for 1.5 years now, which is an incredible base to start from. He might also notice the last two months of bull and a gorgeous flag building recently.

This is where the certain money is, always. I will bring up Quant again - boring as fuck, complained about endlessly, y won't CEO post rocket emoji on twitter, abandoned community, etc. But the chart just kept on going to make a 250,000% run while people kept dumping and crying that it was going nowhere.

KILT is unsexy because it doesn't have a dog logo and there's no chance of being rugged. Your average crypto guy actually gets a kind of sexual thrill from being rugged, or at least the prospect of it, so he doesn't enjoy solid projects that will just grind on up over years to come. He doesn't like real-world integrations and usecases, which are also seen as stuffy and boring, perhaps even against the spirit of crypto. But that's where the big money is.

Harder to argue with this - polkadot has been lacking in some regards compared to EVM chains/L2s, but this may be turning around now. There will be bridging to ethereum soon which essentially makes it all irrelevant anyway.

KILT's price will be driven by adoption locking up the supply, and its integrators don't care (or even know, I suspect) that it's "on polkadot".

Look at Bitcoins chart the first 6 years... in my humble opinion, Kilt is perhaps one of the most functional and valuable projects in the crypto universe. Don't invest or not invest based on someone shilling, READ THE WHITE PAPER, think about the current stakeholders and potential future stakeholders, and make up your mind to invest in a project based on trajectory in the real world, not just the chart. Doesn't matter really, just a matter of time till this project's token value equals its utility.
