Than we have a much larger and terrifying problem than investing. I’m not even referring to wild swings, I mean if it ever becomes worthless. Who agrees?

BTC will never be worthless

you just move on with life and wage slave like all your ancestors did. if you have kids, teach them how to cut hair and squirrel away whatever has some value.

This scam os great, the show will go on as long as the game masters keep making profit from it.
Just pull out enough in time and you'te set.

I’m saying I don’t think that way of life you’re describing will ever be an option if the implications of it ever becoming worthless were to come true.

then a couple of dweebs numbers go down bigly. there will be news for a day and the real world will continue to go on like before. what about it?

Not going to happen in a timeframe that’s relevant to any of us, if ever. Maybe when most of us are dead and the remainder of our generation are like 85 years old, but probably not. Your burial will probably be paid for with crypto.

It doesn't have a master, that's the whole point of it retard. I don't know why so many little kiddies here project their own shitcoins onto bitcoin talking about rugs, scams, masters etc.

Next time it goes down I am going to put a shit ton of money in and continue putting any surplus cash I have into it so it's guaranteed to go down to zero.

This is the last bullrun.

it will keep going up in value because money keeps going in one direction only (down).

it can only go up if retards keep on buying it
btc has already achieved maximum reach
it is over

Nearly every normalfag out there still thinks Bitcoin and crypto in general is a complete scam, and refuses to put a cent into it. Please, explain how it's "achieved maximum reach" when institutions are only just dipping their toes in now?

Internet momentarily deleted and all the ledgers fried simultaneously, which is nearly impossible and why I said the implications of it being worthless are a far bigger problem. Normies will never grasp or believe why it is far more stable than any medium.

If you own 1 single bitcoin, you are in the top .002% in the world (.06 in the US) of all people who own bitcoin, and you really think it’s only going to be worth 10k? It may dip back down but you’d be foolish not to buy as many as you can if it ever gets close to that.

you could buy all the btc for 1 cent
it will effectively go to zero, it will be a messy chain split after chain split after miners are forced to mine the most profitable chain and changes daily

when there is so much excessive hashpower it becomes rational to adversarially mine

when an inability to organize prevents the community from making critical technical changes in time

Simple logic, based on the ratio of world population (and US) to the total supply of btc. Same simple logic as if everyone in the world had the same amount of money each person would have roughly 4 grand and some change. 21 million really is not that much, there’s roughly only 208 million kg of gold mined today. Do you not understand how powerful it is to know the total finite supply of something to determine its value? Do you know the total finite supply of USD? Or gold?
