Oh my God you retard. Go to coinbase, you don't need coinbase wallet. Go to the web3 tab on coinbase. Click where it says "get some eth on base". You can either buy it directly at that screen or select transfer eth you already have in coinbase, if you have some. Boom, you have your eth(base) on coinbase. Now go to transfer the eth out of coinbase to your metamask. You need to add the base network to metamask to see that it's in there, this link tells you the info to input into metamask to add base

Once you've done that and you see the eth in your metamask on the base network, go to sushiswap and connect your metamask. Trade the eth for mochi, the transaction fees on base are like 1 cent so just leave yourself like $5 in eth for like a lifetime supply of gas so you can do all the swaps you ever want.
