If you did the faintest bit of research you'd know that no more XRP can be minted, there's code on the each node explicitly written to prevent supply increases called an invarient check which runs before every transaction. One of the invarients is to check if the transaction will result in more than 100bl tokens and to reject the offending transaction. It also means that XRP cannot ever suffer from an inflation bug. (Unlike bitcoin)
