How is this possible? You only sign the transaction on the hardware wallet where you get a corresponding hash to check for that transaction. Was there something spoofing the tx hash and sending it to a different wallet?

I wouldn't use a hardware wallet at all until they figure out how the ID transfer stuff is supposed to work with them.

Long story short, the UK now requires ID information to be transmitted with inbound and outbound transactions.
