You won't make it if you can't hold. If you hold something that you know will go higher in the future (eg. it's not massively overextended on higher timeframes), then you should just hold. Ignore all the noise on lower timeframes. The best way to go is to just set same alerts around the areas where you think price will go in the future and just forget that you hold it until they alert you.

This is my biggest fucking issue. Letting my retarded reptile brain take over and sell once the fear hits me as well

If you have that mindset it only goes away with experience,
>buy shitcion
>sell cause fear
>see it moon
Otherwise, just spot hold comfy shit that has lower risk
simple as

It just depends. I was wrecked by holding last cycle. It I hadn't listened to the hodlers, I would probably have made it by now.

I haven't yet considered the aspect of experience. This is my second cycle, and I have successfully generated some profits. However, greed and fear have limited my potential gains.

Reflecting on it, I realize that I have achieved a higher percentage of profits in this cycle. With more experience, I believe I will make it. Thank you, anon!

Unironically the best adivce here. Data analysis really helps out when you're looking at stuff that are vastly influenced by world events (ie, gold, tech, btc) but most alts are only influenced by themselves when they're growing. I stopped looking for advice and started putting my own price alarms using dexscreener and oh boy let me tell you, not only have my profits increased, im actually in a better state of mind when investing

setting price alarms is stupid, we all know the best way to make it is to remain terminally online looking at the charts all day, every day

The temptation to sell then buy back in lower to increase my stack gets me sometimes but so far I've managed to resist and hold.

im convinced that none of you actually invest based on the fact that most of the anons here don't know what price alerts are

I've been doing this all year and lost multiple 6 figs of unrealized gains
