Because they have the best and concretized and futureproof tech by far. ANY major company that is serious will use Hedera. The only way a company can now join is if they already have a usecase in the works.

It is now also MUCH easier for a company to utilize hbar as they can just copy from other enterprises and adapt it for themselves.
