Not really, but he'd probably agree on the basis that the vast majority of people are weak and servile, so in the absence of God they become debauched "last men".

If you have a strong in-borne belief in metaphysical things like God, then more power to you, it is part of your will to power to affirm your belief, but if your belief is merely impressed upon you by external forces (the Church), you're basically deluded by arbitrary codes made up a long time ago. That's unfortunately what constitutes most religious belief in current year, and really the Church was never really very good about embodying Christ's ideals anyway.
