So far the cycle of BTC=>ETH=>alts hasn't broken, expect alts to have another leg up once BTC stabilizes.

Because this is an unhealthy bullrun. It's been a massive rally from 15.5k, yes, but 15.5k was too high of a bottom for a proper bullrun. The lower BTC goes, the stronger and more powerful or you can say the "healthier" the resulting bullrun is. Notice all the extreme ultra gay crabbing from March to October, all those meaningless rallies dumps back and forth. That would not have happened if the bottom had been something more extreme, like 8k or even 4k. The harder you throw a bouncy ball into the floor, the harder it will bounce. That's essentially it.

Alts don’t instantly go up at the same time

It’s delayed

By the way you can easily check this on the chart, to see what I'm saying is correct. See what happened after the 2013 bottom which was 87% down from the top, and what happened after the 2018 bottom which was 84% down from the top. The resulting bullruns were much stronger and healthier than this one which began after only 77% down.

Even the bullrun after the 2020 bottom was stronger and healthier despite that bottom only being 72% from the top, due to how sudden and violent that dump was. But of course that one was a bit different as it wasn't right after a cycle bottom so a lot of the "energy" from the 2018 bottom was still at work in the bullrun that took off after the 2020 bottom, it partly a continuation of what began in early 2019.

Alts are booming, just not the high caps.

It's already being outperformed by btc and other alts again. It will miss a 3rd bullrun.
