Backed by the Higgs brothers, Nevada Exploration (NGE.v / NVDEF / 28N0) holds a sprawling package of prospective greenfield gold properties in one of the most prolific gold producing areas on the planet -- Nevada. Following years of chasing anomalies in groundwater, Nevada Exploration has disposed of it's old leadership, cleaned up its share structure and is poised to enter the new gold bull run with a clean slate. Noted mining pundit Eric Coffin said Dennis Higgs "is a very good promoter and, yeah, knows where the bodies are buried when it comes to getting a market to move." When the market is ready, and, make no mistake, they will know, the Higgs brothers will pump Nevada Exploration to the moon.

Discovery Harbour Resources (DHR.v / DCHRF / 4GW0) is an explorer backed by mine builder Richard Gilliam, who founded Cumberland Resources which was ultimately bought out by Massey Energy for $960,000,000, and run by expert geologist Mark Fields. The company is currently in negotiations to acquire its new project. Indications are promising that Discovery Harbour is close to pulling off a major coup in the sector, as its share price has risen 80% in recent weeks. Gilliam owns a third of the company's shares and is poised to benefit from the tight share structure once it steps back in to the arena.

A company of the prolific Metals Group, Cortus Metals (CRTS.v / CRTTF) is a prospect generator with a juicy suite of strategically located gold prospects throughout northern Nevada. Cortus began publicly trading toward the end of the last gold bull run, but has suffered on account of arriving too late. The company has been preserving it's capital and laying low, ready to pounce once the inevitable flurry of chasers come looking for a project to lease from Cortus. Their projects include everything from drill-ready to Greenfield's, one of which has recently been joint ventured by a private mining firm. Priced right, Cortus is sure to be a multibaggers in the forthcoming bull market.

Rick Drule on inactive companies: (1/2) "You look for a high quality team of people or a sort of a mining house, a Discovery Group or somebody like that, and you look for their inactive company, the shell that they are reorganizing. It has no property in it. It has no active promotion. Nothing's going on. If you look at the price chart over the last two years, it has the trajectory of a brick thrown off a bridge. It's declined from 45 cents to 5 cents, but you see it start to flatten out, interestingly."

(2/2) "Nothing is going on, but the descent to zero stops. Maybe the officers and directors are loaning it some money to stay alive. This is an age old technique where you put money into the company on a shadow basis and you actually scare the market because they see themselves being behind your debt. Then all of a sudden you put a property in the company, convert the debt to equity (by the way, by Canadian law it becomes free trading equity, not restricted equity), and it's off to the races. There is a group of Canadian speculators who does nothing but look for inactive companies that are in the control of people who know how to make stocks go up."

What's the most interesting part about the upcoming weeks is how will the masses move.
So far the miner sector is basically barren of any real investment, could it be that this time around the normie reddit hype faggots are faster on the uptake than the supposedly smart institutions?
If that's the case, we might see the mania spread really damn far and wide as everyone sees their favorite influencer pull multiples from this sector as the big boys move in, and then everyone and their dog joins in too and we go parabolic.

We've known that for years but that doesn't stop people getting shaken out. Especially as they watch their investments plummet and they think "I'll get out now and buy back cheaper". Sometimes it works but sometimes they end up chasing.

I watched goldbugs selling in November last year saying Gold was going to 1400 and they'd buy back then in time for the moon mission, and again in March saying it's going to 1600. Everyone has balls of steel until there's a pullback.

Thank god I had the sense to finally leave salt to rest for a while to replenish my fucked portfolio.
It'll probably go down to $.40, that's when there was support last time in 2021.
Worst possible scenario it's going to fill the gap at $.20 which isn't out of the realm of possibility either.
It'll be one hell of an investment when it gets lower from here, but not before a real bottom and when they have found financing and permits.

Sold my Abra today after 30% gain and jumped into weed, because if things work out it's going to pull far faster and greater multiples than any miner.
The weed sector is going through a lot of important stuff this and the next month in both US and Germany.
If it starts looking like that cannabis is going to have an actual shot at legalization or ways of worming it's way to all markets through different legal means, the sector is going to do 50-100x all across the spectrum to ATHs and it'll do it fast.
Someone is currently. buying big and it's not retail, because no one is even talking about this. I suspect it's the insiders and politicians pumping money in there.
Worth checking out if miners look like they'll cool off a while and the powers that be punch PMs down hard.

Hmm, no builds at Cushing, OK this past week. That goes to against the bearish WTI narrative as of late

I’m debating whether to start accumulating Newfound Gold or not. Surface level there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot wrong with them financially speaking, but they’re still low compared to their 52 week high. Is there something I’m missing such as their prospects? For context I’m holding

Production also typically slows down in the winter months. Rigs run into more problems with shit freezing up, fucks with the pressure with completed wells, etc.

I don't think NFG has even done any deep drilling yet and they have tons of bonanza hits near surface. Sprott is balls deep with something like $300M in. The price probably is on the cheap side with a big shorter with an army or trolls, some say it's the guy from (((CRUX))) Gordon who put out an anonymous hit piece a couple years ago that nobody at CRUX would put their name on
