I get likes on Tinder from women in their early 20s I'm 38 YO and never had a job and live with my parents, is it even worth trying or should I give up?

I am fit, look young for my age but never got a job bc I dont like to have stress nor being paid low so I decided to become a NEET. I want to have a gf and tried dating apps, I get likes mostly from women in their early 20s. Yet I am unemployed, would it realistically work? Would a woman mind about my condition? Nah man. I'm very handsome, but in my early twenties I got girls being attracted to me but almost always blow to due to social retardation. Even later on when I got better there were guys less attractive than me running circles around me being smart and funny. Took a bit to understand I just need to ignore them and I'll win yes, but they'll still always beat a guy who's just handsome. And even as very attractive guy you need some sort of social savvy otherwise girls will be attracted but just use you for validation and clout boost, but not fuck you.
