They are charging x2 what they charge for universities' meals, where the food is much, much better.

Which makes me think it is done purposefully. What idk is the degree of nefariousness : is it simply to dissuate disenfranchised people to stay and consider the hospital like a nice hotel, or is it part of a depopulation agenda?
