Your token appreciating in value during a surprise dumping of reserves is not a good thing.

https://www.lcx.com/lcx-token-company-reserve/
Until June LCX had 100 million tokens locked in their strategic reserve.

https://www.lcx.com/lcx-token-transparency-report/
After that they changed their policy so that "up to 20% of the total suppy" will be locked, this is 190 million tokens. They are locking more tokens right?
>Traditionally, LCX maintained a fixed company reserve of the LCX token.
>Starting from 2024, a variable percentage of LCX tokens that we receive from the utility token’s usage will be placed back into the company reserve wallet, up to a maximum of 20% of the total LCX token supply. By introducing a variable balancing reserve, we aim to sustain stability, ensure trustworthiness, and promote transparency in our financial operations.

No, when they say they will lock up "up to 20% of the total suppy" in their flexible reserves what they actually mean is they can have anywhere between 0 and 190 million tokens in their reserves.

They have since sold 20% of their reserves, LCX is so close to insolvency they dumped over 5% of the total supply on the market. Anyone who understands the illiquidity of the market cap figure knows how devastating such a large sell can be despite it being a small amount by percentage. The price is preparing to tank as they finalise the sales across the open market now that they have removed the 20 million from their reserve wallet 35 days ago. This is visible on chain.
https://etherscan.io/address/0xc90970DD648415756681163F69Eaeb7EB9c28A9C#tokentxns

They have no money, no way of becoming profitable, no users, no USP and no reason to have a token. What is preventing the company from dumping their entire supply of LCX to keep the company afloat? I'm trans btw not sure if that matters.

After failing to raise money because nobody bought their bonds, admitting they are running at a loss of 750k in Q2 of last year with 17 million in liabilities and an exchange that doesn't work then yes. Dumping their token does seem to be a sign they have completely failed to raise any VC money and have no other way of keeping the lights on. >> No.56799021

>>56798849
>discredit my theory
Like i said, I'm not interested in entertaining your hypotheticals. You make two very strong claims:
1) LCX is insolvent
2) LCX has no source of revenue
First you grossly misread their data.
Annual profit does not equal total assets.
Having lower annual profit margin than your total liabilities does not make you insolvent.
Liabilities are countered by assets.
Profits are countered by losses.
You confuse the concepts, or deliberately misinterpret the data.
Your second claim is only backed up by your own reasoning: "Well, they sold some of their reserves, therefore they must be broke!"
Their tokenized bonds just got regulatory approval this year, and are capped at 10 million euros initially. They were quite open about selling some of the reserves to cover the costs of regulatory auditing. Other sources of income include sales of tokenized assets and fees from the exchange.
>Liechtenstein Cryptoassets Exchange (LCX) signed a memorandum of understanding with Monerium, a regulated e-money issuer, agreeing to form a long-term strategic partnership that will enable LCX to leverage some of the infrastructure provided by Monerium.

Namely, the alliance will enable LCX to offer digital Euros issued by Monerium within their exchange ecosystem. LCX said it also might list other digital fiat currencies issued by Monerium in the future. The exchange will further introduce a new fiat gateway and launch several EUR to crypto trading pairs.
https://chainbulletin.com/lcx-partners-with-monerium-to-offer-digital-euros
Most of the services offered by LCX are still in the initial piloting phases. If you do not see where we are going with CBDC and the digital euro, you may well deserve to be left behind on this one.

Such as? The building they rent? The rights to Monty's book. LCX have no assets besides the IP of their barely functional exchange.
>Their tokenized bonds just got regulatory approval this year, and are capped at 10 million euros initially
My proof they haven't sold any is that the terms of the bond was as soon as the sale went live they were supposed to show the smart contract of the bonds as per the legal documents on their website concerning the bonds and 6 weeks later they haven't done it. That is 10 seconds work.
The burden of proof is not on me. They said they would make the smart contract address public, in fact that was part of the bond prospectus and then didn't do it. The only reason they would refuse to do the ten seconds work to do this is if they sold no bonds considering that any user who bought bonds would want to see them on chain and ask for a link to them. Pic related from here https://www.lcx.com/EURt7/
>Other sources of income include sales of tokenized assets and fees from the exchange.
It definitely costs LCX more to rent secure vaults to store the diamonds than they make on trading feess
>Liechtenstein Cryptoassets Exchange (LCX) signed a memorandum of understanding with Monerium, a regulated e-money issuer, agreeing to form a long-term strategic partnership that will enable LCX to leverage some of the infrastructure provided by Monerium.
This means LCX pay them to use their service. LCX are one of their many customers and pay them for the privilege.

>They were quite open about selling some of the reserves to cover the costs of regulatory auditing.
They admitted this after it happened and after claiming they would increase their reserves to 190 million.
>Most of the services offered by LCX are still in the initial piloting phases.

In LCX token reserves alone, at current market value of $0.07146, they have approx. 7.1 million USD.
Then there are the euro, btc and ether reserves.
Then, tokenized bond sales.
Then, sales of tokenized assets (physical diamonds as NFTs, most are sold though so more value in realized revenue than physical assets)

That isn't hypocritical at all, learn English. I posted that they didn't follow the rules of their own bond prospectus and show the amount of bonds sold like they said they would. This is proof they did not sell any bonds. They could prove me wrong in 10 seconds by posting a link to the on chain proof the bond exists if it existed. It doesn't and the burden of proof is on them here.

You are going through my posts you already responded to looking for semantic arguments instead of addressing any of my points I supported with evidence.

I am glad we finally agree. LCX are dumping on you because they have no money except for the tokens they printed themselves out of thing air which are being investigated by the SEC as a security. Although as I pointed out they were not open about selling it.
