Swift collaborated with several major financial institutions on the experiments, including BNP Paribas. Chainlink was used as an enterprise abstraction layer to securely connect the Swift network to the Ethereum Sepolia network, while Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) enabled complete interoperability between the source and destination blockchains.

In this webinar we will have the opportunity to learn more about this project from two of its key players: BNP Paribas and Chainlink.

BNP Paribas is a French multinational universal bank and financial services holding company. BNP Paribas is the largest banking group in Europe, and ninth-largest banking group in the world (by assets).[7] It became one of the five largest banks in the world following the 2008 financial crisis.[8] It is considered a systemically important bank by the Financial Stability Board.[9] In the Forbes Global 2000, BNP Paribas was ranked as the 33rd largest public company in the world.[10]

BNP Paribas has been designated as a Significant Institution since the entry into force of European Banking Supervision in late 2014, and as a consequence is directly supervised by the European Central Bank.[11][12]

A lot of really big players are now directly involved with Chainlink and there is talks of a big financial crash coming soon as a result of 2008. Something to do with the REPO markets I saw on /pol/. Sergey always mentioned that this tech would be implemented after a financial catastrophe and the schitzo in me is wondering if this will be the “solution” to the problem they manufactured. Either way I’m all in and staking in v0.2. Good night anons even though the world might soon be in despair, I believe Linkies will be having the last laugh soon.

The fact that all these banks and institutions want to work with Chainlink not just through SWIFT but also with Chainlink directly proves Sergey's point that there will be endless private bank chains.

>Swift pilot
It's a pilot with Swift, which is likely to lead to production. However, let's not forget that Sergey recently said he was talking about going into production, so i think it's safe to assume that production is with other clients eg DTCC.
It's still bullish af and the pilot could lead to live production soon after. Either way, Link will explode upwards rapidly soon enough.
Also, fuck all these morons trying to fud you into not staking, or staking less than you have.
Staking in the community pool will set you for life, and you want to be maxxing out your place in it, because you may not get the chance to increase it after v0.2

>>56798037
If the main appeal is the sheer token value then why are we talking about staking? That hampers selling, stops you doing more productive things focused on token price like swinging or leveraging. You have to make a case that the 4% return is better than other options. Right now even taking out a stablecoin loan against link and putting that in a current account would give higher returns.

In your fear and uncertainty it will be tempting to put your trust in some person or group who emerges and claims to have a "way out", which will involve sacrificing some of your liberty. You must resist this urge. These self‑proclaimed saviors may appear in many forms, under any number of banners: "intellectuals", "influential people", "progressive thinkers", "billionaires", "the UN", "the EU", "self‑selected multinational coalition", "global leaders", "world governments", "radicals", "revolutionaries" or some combination of these. They may appear charismatic. They may appear to have your best interests at heart. They may stand united, arm‑in‑arm, proclaiming "We know the way forward", advancing some form of "people's revolution" or "Global Reset" where "you will be in charge", hawking various "‑isms" and promises of a better tomorrow. These people are not your friends. They are not to be trusted. They are the same global banking elites using the same fear tactics, shilling the same magic potions and snake oils as always. They want only one thing: power.

It’s called “this is a suckers rally”, the losers who sell at $20, $50, $100, $200 etc are the fuel required for it to run much higher. This was always the plan, you can’t shake no life autists in a single cycle, but you can demoralize them with lukewarm price action for a half a decade to the point they’ll happily take their first exit.

Then why are you in a Chainlink thread?
Chainlink's absolute biggest advantage is unprecedented adoption potential.
If you don't think adoption matters, then Link is the last coin you should be looking at.
