Hey i'm straight up thinking of moving there if there's a 20% chance people are fed up with the socialism and inflation.
What's your opinion? I can pay myself like 1-3k USD per month from a company in islands that will let me live anywhere. Really considering Buenos Aires.

Is maranhao nice? I can send myself more money btw and I can also afford to buy an appartment or something in the nice part of Buenos Aires it's just i don't want to go balls deep in case they JFK the situation or something with Milei.
Protect that man!

Portugese is a bit harder for me but I do speak spanish decently enough to get the ball rolling and learn to speak well within 6 months-1 year, which is why Argentina is kind of the sweet spot for me personally.
I just need to escape Canada before the collapse.
I was talking to a brazil bro on an airplane recently and he was telling me Sao Paolo is pretty based as well can you confirm?
Also can any Brazil anons or Argetininos tell me about safety in the cities etc?

Don't recommend Sao Paulo. Only fatties. Never been to Argentina, but all Argentinian women I met were 8's at least.

>> No.56782711

>>56782667
All I can say about São Paulo is that its grey. I personally don't like it but there's always something happening in São Paulo if you like night life and such
>safety
Uhhh, just dont go to northern states, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. If you're not in a favela or having sex with a gang member's wife then its pretty safe.

I think Argentina is the move here.
I am literally going to move to Buenos Aires. I was in the process of immigrating to the island that my company is on in the carribean and theyre making it a nightmare and trying to get me to pay a lot of money that i honestly cant afford because my income is not high enough, but Milei winning makes me want to give it a shot for a few years.

>> No.56783024

i've spent some time in Argentina and wouldn't recommend living there. bad infrastructure, bad food, everything is inefficient. it's a complete shithole. your best bets are mexico or costa rica if you're looking to relocate to LATAM.

>>56782800
Bariloche? Sounds good
>>56783024
Where did you live and when? Also do you have a decent amount of money because in my case i'll try to live (obviously) in a decent part of town where the rent is like $800-1200, maybe more idk what that gets you there. I wouldn't want to pay more than $1500 a month though because it's a 3rd world country and i dont care if the landlord overpaid for the apartment

lived in both BA and Bariliche. BA is a suffocating urban environment. every single street looks identical with identical shops and restaurants lining each one. a disorienting, dystopian nightmare in urban planning. on top of that the streets are filled with gig economy workers doing their mindless videogame fetch quests. you will not go half a block without seeing a Pedidos Ya gigger delivering cold empanadas to another gigger who just wrapped up his shift. Bariloche at least has some space to breathe and nice scenery but the city and surrounding area does not have the proper infrastructure to support the population. the entirety of argentina feels like a place that at one point had so much potential but somehow managed to squander all of it and is now an irrecoverable mess.

I know but the United States Dollar is about to get rekt and anyplace that has already done the retarded process of hyperinflating their currency and figuring out that socialism doesn't work will be heaven compared to the socialism elsewhere.
Free market capitalism can fix BA in literally 5 years if actually unleashed
