I went from drinking about 18-24 IPAs a week, plus liquor sometimes, to a couple glasses of wine every 8-10 days now. The cravings went away significantly after a few weeks and I don't get as many of the negative thoughts that made me want to drink in the first place. It will cost you about $60 in supplements to try it for 2 months and the only thing you need to do dietary wise is cut down on bread, beer, and processed sugars.

The theory is that overgrowth of fungal colonies in your body, mostly specific yeast strains, are responsible for a whole host of ailments, and that they also make us crave sugar, breads, and alcohol as they feed off those items. If you cut those colony sizes down with supplements (namely 2 essential oils and an amino acid), you will see a reduction of all sorts of symptoms. I had some fungus under two of my fingernails. Switched from beer and wine to hard seltzers and liquor and it never came back after it grew out. If you stack long enough you begin to notice that some numismatic items go up much faster than metals do. You will begin to make money off the numismatic values of a few coins and bars even when metals are flat or going down.
But at the start this is pretty much random. You're buying new items so you have no idea what's going to go up in value and can't reproduce that success.

if you continue down this path you might notice that some items have been going steadily up in value much faster than metals for decades, or even centuries. You might get gud at identifying those types of items, and buying them to make a quick buck. You might even find ways to make instant money, such as buying mid-grade coins at the lower grade and selling them at the higher one. Or buying cleaned coins and tarnishing or toning them to improve visual appeal.

In time you'll learn that coin dealers aren't paying retail for numismatic coins, and you might figure out where they're shopping and how they're getting numismatic items for pennies on the dollar.

By that time you will be making lots of money off numismatic items, but you will probably dislike bullion for its lack of profit potential. Also you will no longer be investing in coins, since investing is a fairly passive activity. You will be in the business of buying and selling coins for profit. Actually working for your buck. As part of my due diligence, I asked them what organization they were a part of so I could perhaps look them up to make sure that they were legit, and they told me something along the lines of "we aren't a company, we're just some traveling merchants trying to help Christians in the holy land". I feel bad because it was kinda awkward, but I probably just saved myself from buying $600 of fancy scrap metal, right? It was a beautiful chalice but I don't have that kind of money to spend on something which I might not actually be a good investment. I don't know a whole lot about buying/selling metals.

I'm very generously explaining why I don't buy silver. I don't care if you buy silver, that's none of my business. If you do buy it I hope you pay far less than spot for it. But even then I wouldn't buy silver because I don't expect it to go up in value, and 50% of spot isn't worth it to me to spend all that time learning how to find good deals and then going out and finding them. The thing is though, people do. I've noticed that in general, people seem to know in the back of their mids, their savings aren't worth as much as they used to be, but can't put their finger on why.
