This is proof that they have money equal to the amount they owe customers held in storage. But they have already been caught sharing money with other exchanges and there is no guarantee they actually have that money outside of audits. And even if they do that is only the assets side of their balance sheet. If their customers hold 10 billion in assets, they have 10 billion in assets and they also have 9.9 billion in liabilities their customers will get nothing back.
