I've always been under the impression that it's not the CEX that just decides to list something that people want, but the devs / foundation that apply (+pay) for a listing.
Since the whole "it's not even listed on big exchange yet!" is such a big marketing point, wouldn't it make sense to hold it off for as long as possible and keep tickling our balls gradually with all the small exchanges first? (i.e. what has been happening...)
