56653613 No.56653613 [Reply] [Original]

The BTC pumpage stopped where it did because the market is sentiment has shifted; the market is right now more bearish than bullish (in other words more interested in selling than buying), hence the price stopped rising (note: when there's more selling than buying, the price falls – regardless of your feelings). For now at least. That is why the price isn't higher than it is now (when this was posted).

Picrel is the 1W chart, illustrating the market sentiment on that timeframe. The market still looks bullish on the Monthly; it hasn't even topped yet (not that it has to: the market has demonstrated a big fall on the Monthly can begin from 90-85 points; see 2019). But it's too early to say for sure what will happen with that, whether it's a sort of (the zoomed out chart never repeats exactly) repeat of early 2016 (ultra bullish situation), or whether it's a repeat of ~Aug 2019.

Ah, you're thinking of the anon who posted about the 1W Stoch RSI on April 13th this year. Yes of course he doubled down for months, since a top-to-bottom movement on the 1W takes many months, he was – of course – correct: the price fell from 31k to 24.8k, a drop of over 6000. The 1W did not fully bottom until September – that's how many months it took. And when it did, he and other Stoch RSI users warned of the BTC pump - and, naturally, the low IQers who were bearish at the time, they seethed at us: >>/biz/thread/S56077668

It's not.
Can't say exact numbers or timeframes but probably a 29-33k range 5 weeks from now. Every anonny is saddy and then we get a daddy raddy pumpy wumpy at the end of december/january.

I bet we run straight to 42k and get rejected at the resistance (conveniently this will occur in mid-feb to mid-march, the same timeframe as 2020 and 2016) back down to 20k, maybe as low as 12k. Anons will cry and scream but that's where you buy and hold because it'll shoot to 60k by July for a mega run to 300-500k.

>there can't be more selling than buying, because every sat that gets sold, gets bought.
You must be extraordinarily new to crypto. Take a look at any chart and you'll instantly see it doesn't consist of green candles for every day of every week. The price moves around, a lot. When the price goes down, it's because there was more selling than buying. Despite "every sat being bought up". If "every sat gets bought" magically caused the price to not go down, then there would never ever be such a thing as bear markets, crashes, or even dumps.

OPs subject is a question, a question within quotation marks as it's a question many are now asking themselves. Many people are shocked, confused and scared now. So it's a perfectly appropriate question to use as subject.
Whereas in stark contrast that thread he linked is of a guy using the all-caps "ALERT!!!!!!!!!"-style posting, without any question being asked, ie:
