spent last 5 years mostly living with parents, living like a monk dcaing into btc eth vas and ivv. I hate this hell hole

Australia is currently prosperous, things have never been better. That's why people want to come here. You and your family thought you were all too good to clean toilets, so the politicians imported people who will gladly do it. And you still have the audacity to get upset about that?

Life sucks here but my life hasn't changed a bit because it was never good to begin with. Nobody knows what love is here, they're all just selfish dicks.

I went cyber security, got a job at an msp immediately after I passed oscp. I would recommend msp as a first job because you'll be expected to get gud at multiple skills both technical and non-technical so you'll learn fast. it might be hell though depending on the company, my company was fine but ive heard bad experiences from some other msp bros. but once you've got a year of experience it'll be easier to get a new job. take anything you can get though.

Same. Next year I'm going to live it up in Thailand, wait out the recession and come back if wages finally catch up with inflation. Most people think you should hold onto your job during a recession, the truth is if you can afford to, you should holiday somewhere cheap until the economy unfucks itself.

What's your plan for the visa? I've heard stories of people getting turned back at the airport if they have too many tourist visas. Makes me worried about being able to stay there long term. Options im considering are elite visa which is 40k aud for 5 years or a sham marriage.

It's funny because a lot of the stuff Canada has been doing lately like pooping up their economy with diploma mills and overinflating their hosuing market, Australia has been doing for years and years just not as aggressively as Canada has done as of recent. Just look at how reliant Australia is on " tourism" for their economy.

I'm not dishonest, The things Canada has been doing right now Australia has been doing for years and years but at a consistent rate, whereas Canada just decided to shit out 600k student visas in one year all at once. Canada's hosuing market as a whole is more fucked, but Sydney has a higher property price to income ratio than any Canadian city toronto and vancouver included. Those things a long with gold , iron and lithium is basically Australia's entire economy. Although they will be well positioned in the LNG transation in the future

This post is right. The view from the other side is that Australians are incredibly domesticated and rely on the government to solve everything or look after them while they have their VB and sausage sizzle. The result is an unchecked ponzi and degrading waof life and dying culture.
