Either you are a good boy and pay your tax or you try to offramp that shit under the rug. Whatever your preference is, I would leave around 1200-1500k on the ethereum chain. Half of it would go to various stablecoins in different lending protocols to reduce risk.

Already you're making at least 25-30k a year with minimal risk from farming stablecoins assuming a 4% interest for 650k.
Now you have around 700-900k left, these I would use to DCA back into ETH and use said ETH to spin up validators.

From here your passive income (at LEAST 50k a year) is definitely enough to never work a day in your life again if your IQ is above 110.

Whatever stablecoins are left I would leave alone, unstaked.

The other 1000-1300k I would offramp as quickly as humanly possible, but the taxman will be hunting you down so you will have to tread with caution. How somebody would go about offramping that much without paying major tax? I don't know, but worst case you just pay your fucking tax and that's that.
With this much fiat in TradFi you can definitely build up a nice portfolio of whatever the fuck you like or maybe make a down payment on your mortgage assuming you still have stable income from your job (next to the 50k from farming).

If you just start spamming 5 or 6 digit CEX withdrawals to your main checking account I HIGHLY doubt they will let that slide without auditing the living shit out of you (or so I assume and have heard)

You could split up the sum into smaller withdrawals (smurfing basically) but you still run the risk of the above happening.

Another method would be using something like a crypto.com card for your daily expenses and technically "withdrawing" that way but that requires you to have a fiat income source that isn't crypto. Also you get a few percent of fees but you can stomach that for the convenience.

There are advanced tax evasion techniques like registering a trading firm or some shit in the Cayman Islands, but our hypothetical withdrawal size is too small to make something like that viable.
