I live alone and I'm pretty sure I DCA at least 70% of it all on Bitcoin, Kava and Solana. Talking about the past two months, I change my folio fairly 'often'. Most of the time it goes well and I can just take out a bit off of Kava and Solana if I need more money to do stuff with the girlfriend or whatever.

Here the government has fucked us over renting our properties. In essence we have to keep the rent raises some points under the inflation rate, so in the long term we lose money. Rent market is crashing so they have to invent something else now.

All of it into BTC.

Threadly reminder that MEDIAN household income in 1970 was 235oz of gold. Fed funny money preferentially flows into liquid assets, fiat is a parasitic transfer of resources from income earners to asset holders, or more broadly, a parasitic transfer of resources from illiquid asset holders (labor being particularly illiquid) to liquid asset holders. The only way out of the cage is stacking liquid growth assets.

That's not specific to crypto. Bank deposits could be bailed in, foreign governments could dump treasury bonds, stocks are just IOUs from a broker for their own IOUs from clearing houses. Commodities are just IOUs unless you take physical possession. Crypto and PMs are the least counterparty risk if you do them right.
Lurk more.

>What percentage of of your income do you put into crypto?
Expenses and cost of living take up like 50% of my after-tax income. With the remaining 50%, I put about half into crypto, and the other half into a mix of tax advantaged traditional accounts.
>>56468356
>how can you guys sleep at night knowing you could lose all of your money in a matter of hours?
I've been here since 2017, I've seen my portfolio rise from 4k to 800k and back to 20k. That kind of movement is enough to make you not really stress about it anymore. Feel like I fried my dopamine receptors from the euphoria and the depression afterwards.
I've taken enough profits that even if it went 0 I'd still be up overall, so I guess that helps as well. In my mind I'm not really risking anything because it's all play money at this point, even though it is actually real money. But whatever, even if crypto all went to 0 I'd still have my tradfi accounts and be on track to retire at 65, so might as well risk it and potentially save myself another 30+ years of working.
