I just finished my seasonal summer internship job with two other of my coworkers. For our last day our boss said we could use our corporate credit card to get a meal as a thank you, so we ended up picking a pretty expensive restaurant and each ordered and appetizer, entree, and dessert and by the end of the night it ended up being a bill of $250 between 3 people. Myself and the other guy thought it was fine but the girl is freaking out we might get in trouble. What are the chances we do get in trouble? And since we’re done with the internship the only way we really can get in trouble is by them not giving us good letters of recommendation for future jobs. Is there any chance of that happening?
