Dear Anons, I’d like to ask for some advice here from those more knowledge in money management. I'm not going to sell my XRP. I am currently in the process of opening a business and also paying off my house. I owe $47k (loan issued in 2014/$130k original loan/30 year term/4.25% interest) on my mortgage, $675 a monthly payment. I have:

>$60k IRA
>$100k/year combined net income
>no other debt

Can I get please have some advice?
I want to pay off my house very much for peace of mind. My family line is illiterate when it comes to money and terrible with budgeting. Lots of suffering from lack of money management and personal issues. To own my own house from my own efforts is within my reach and a big deal for me.
I actually converted my 401k to an IRA after my last job so that I could use that cash to start a business (I am aware of the 10% penalty and tax which would come out to $12k (~20% lost out of $60k). I have not touched the IRA yet. I also do not want to take out a loan or line of credit for the business. I have excellent credit and have many offers to loan me funds. Also, my spouse is not keen on using the house as collateral on a business loan.
I have spent $17k towards startup costs for the business, which I calculate will cost $50k total. So I need to spend $37k more to start my business.
I have enough cash and liquid assets to pay off the house, and enough to start my business. What do you think is the best way to use my assets to accomplish this? I want to have that piece of mind that the house is paid off, before my business venture. But also I don’t want to drop my bank account to zero. Is there something I might be missing?

The National Bankers Association revealed that there is a problem with the system connecting financial institutions, and 11 financial institutions such as Mitsubishi UFJ Bank have been unable to transfer to other banks since the morning of the 10th.

Due to a system malfunction, it is not possible to transfer to other banks.

In response to this, the Financial Services Agency is collecting information from financial institutions and Zengin Net to check the situation.

Get a HELOC, treat it as your checking account.

Every time you get your paycheck it automatically goes into your HELOC.

Why?

Because that deposit counts as a mortgage payment.

Then use that HELOC account to pay your bills.

AMM primarily should reduce volatility by introducing an arbitrager to the liquidity pools. I assume the abritrager will be setting very large bid/asks while the spread between open orders and AMM prices remains imbalanced. It should be beneficial for supporting pathfinding by increasing liquidity strength for larger orders, so the pathfinder might not have to search as far to get a best conversion rate.

Sorry if I wasn't clear fren, the $2k is an approximation after 1 year of rolling, hence the 12 -conescutive- maturities part. First month would be 40k * 5.4% / 12 = ~$180, and you could compound from there. It's not exciting, but for parking cash it's better than anything banks offer and 1 month duration is ez to plan around if situations change.
