You launder all bedding (or just dry it on high heat), and use a hand held steamer on anything fabric which you can't throw into a dryer. Make sure you turn over couches and bed frames to get the underside. They make little colonies in nooks and crannies which are easy to spot and guess where they'll be after seeing a few. Then unironically take ivermectin for a few days to get any adults you may have missed. Turns your blood into poison for them.
