Is there an age limit to making it?

No, but it does require both skills and energy.
You gain skills as you age, but can easily lose all energy with any health problems or bad habits (such as eating takeaways, doing cocaine, or browsing image boards)
Therefore the sweet spot in which most successful businesses start is around 35-40 years of age.

I'm talking to a woman in the Phillipines right now.

Also, making it is a mindset, not a number on a computer screen.

There was a billionaire who started his startup at 62. Its never over until you no longer have a functioning brain.

Not at all. My grandfather started his own manure and compost manufacturing plant after several failed attempts at getting into the livestock business. He was 82 when he could finally call himself a multimillionaire, which is impressive since he was essentially broke in his 60s.

He spent the last decade of his life (died at 93) being a sex tourist.

I would say 5 years before state/work retirement age minimum and that is cutting it close - almost pointless if you've 'made it' just before you end up in the ground or too old to properly enjoy it.

My absolute cut off is 60.
