If said entity wishes to use them a change of ownership cannot happen hence why the warrants and preferred stock were did not have voting rights.

Cohen or Ichan or whomever owns the company, via equity and debt, various break ups like Harmon, BABY etc are happening and will issue new stock as the end result share holders will receive stock.
