Lately it takes 4 to 5 hours for gdax to send it then less than 5 minutes for it to get to binance.

1140am eastern is when I started it on gdax and you can see it took to 4pm eastern (8:59 utc).
So 4hrs 19min all because it took gdax 4hs 15min to send it.
