Wrong. That's not how markets work. At first such SEC news obviously impacts the price negatively, as it already has, but then it always gets priced in as everyone knows that the case could potentially go either way and there's money to be made by betting on it correctly before the case gets resolved. What people really care about is price action and they will come as soon as there's action on Pulse again.
